The removal of moles, skin tags, lipomas and cysts that are not dangerous to the patient is no longer covered by the government. However, you can always have these lesions removed in a private clinic, under local anesthesia. Dr. Nicolaidis must first assess the lesion during a consultation to ensure that it is safe. However, this consultation is offered at no cost.
