Earlobe Surgery

Simple earlobe tears can be repaired effectively under local anesthesia. Keloids of the earlobe are common in darker-skinned people after piercing; moreover, keloids can recur after their excision, often deforming the entire lobule. While no surgeon can guarantee that a keloid won’t come back, Dr. Nicolaidis uses a combination of injections, excision, special dressings, and sometimes radiation therapy to minimize the chances of recurrence and recreate an esthetic, albeit smaller, lobule. $300 to $700 per ear.
